ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed upon receipt and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays and non-business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow 2 – 4 business days for processing. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, country and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Canada : Orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada.
United States :We currently ship to any valid address in the continental US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. box addresses.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs. There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using "Track my order" tracking tool. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Standard orders: Orders placed via Standard Service are delivered in 3-7 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note that shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 10 business days.
Express orders: Orders placed via Express Service are delivered in 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 8 business days. Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations. Express orders will be processed on the next business day. Express orders may require a signature upon delivery.
FREE DELIVERY WITH PURCHASES OF $65 OR MORE* ON CANADIAN ORDERS
*Free Standard Shipping is available to Canadian customers only on orders totaling CA $50 or more prior to taxes and fees. No offer code necessary.The Free Standard Shipping option will automatically be offered at checkout for qualifying orders.
Orders under CA $50 are shipped via Standard Shipping for a flat rate of CA $8.50. In addition, we offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of CA $15.00. The order value is the subtotal of your order not including tax.
