HOW DO I ACCESS MY INFORMATION?

Click "Sign In" at the top right hand corner of the page (Desktop view) or top left corner of the navigation menu (Mobile view) and enter your first name, last name, email and password in the pop up window that will appear. Select the email newsletters you would like to receive. Then click on "Sign In". By registering on the site, you will be able to view your order history, rate and review products, and create a personalized list of favorites.

HOW CAN I RATE AND REVIEW PRODUCTS?

Reviews allow users to write comments and add ratings for individual products. You must be registered on Aqualuzza.com in order to rate and review products. To add a new review, click on Write a Review button. If you are not logged into the site this button will redirect to login pop-up. After successful login, you will be redirected back to the page.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped. If you are a registered user on Aqualuzza.com you can track your order. Click "Track your order" at the top right hand corner (Desktop view) or click "Track your order" on navigation menu ( Mobile view).  After the order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. You may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order via the shipper’s website.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed, and you have received your confirmation email, we are unable to make changes to items on the order or order details. Once an order has begun processing for shipment, any changes must be initiated and facilitated via return or exchange. Please reference our return policy for more information.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents,  It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cs@aqualuzza.com

At Aqualuzza.com we accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All orders may be subjected to review and approval by our Customer Service team. At this time we are unable to accept Debit Cards on orders shipped to Canadian addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

AQUALUZZA will gladly exchange or refund any unused products purchased at full price. Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment. All unused purchases associated with purchased with a discount, are only eligible for exchange if accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

At this time, aqualuzza.com only accept orders to be shipped in Canada and the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders ship via Canada Post must be sent to physical address.
